Fort Wayne, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) - It's been called the "brain drain," when some of our community's most promising college graduates leave Fort Wayne to pursue other opportunities.
But on Friday Young Leaders of Northeast Indiana reached out to area residents in their 20's and 30's at the "My City Summit."
Our own Rachel Martin moderated a break-out session about breaking down stereotypes and the radio host of "Place Matters" offered her insight as keynote speaker.
Keynote Speaker, Katherine Loflin says, “There are a lot of young people now who are looking at choosing places to live at the same time that they're looking for jobs, and place matters as much as the job that they have."
Other sessions focused on community attachment, leadership, getting politically engaged, and economic development.
