Indiana Lt. Governor Asking For All 92 Counties Be Declared Natural Disaster

Indiana (Indiana's NewsCenter) -- Indiana Lt. Governor Becky Skillman is asking that all of the state's 92 counties be declared a natural disaster area due to the drought.

A natural disaster declaration makes farmers eligible to apply for low-interest emergency loans to offset losses resulting from the dry weather.
