NEW HAVEN, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - The East Allen Family Resource has three days to raise $25,000 or it will be forced to close its doors after 44 years.

A rally is being held Monday afternoon beginning just past 4:30 pm on Prize Avenue in New Haven.

The center provides social and educational opportunities to more than 125 kids every day.

Executive Dir. Of EAFRC Sharon Wilson says, “It is a possibility because anything is possible. And I really, there are people, once they become aware of what we are doing and the great services that we provide to the East Allen area, that people are going to feel compelled to want to donate to the cause.”

The East Allen Family Resource Center is one of two nationally accredited after school programs in the state and the only one in Northeast Indiana.
