PENNSYLVANIA (Indiana’s NewsCenter) -- Former Auburn auctioneer Dean Kruse experiences more legal troubles.
Kruse was arrested Wednesday in Pennsylvania on a theft charge.
Kruse was in court on a separate theft charge for allegedly not paying a man for an antique car his company sold in 2008. At that hearing he was arrested on another theft charge for allegedly defrauding a Delaware couple on the sale of some antique cars.
Kruse was released on his own recognizance. He's scheduled to return to court in Pennsylvania January 27th.
