Disgraced Financier Appeals 50-Year Sentence

Indianapolis (www.incnow.tv) - According to the Indianapolis Business Journal, disgraced Indianapolis financier Tim Durham has appealed his recent conviction.

Durham was sentenced to 50 years after being convicted of bilking investors out of hundreds of millions of dollars.

Jim Cochran and Rick Snow, Durham’s co-owners with Fair Finance, received sentences of 25 years and 10 years, respectively.
