Worst Retailers In Customer Satisfaction

UNITED STATES (www.incnow.tv) -- According to the American Consumer Satisfaction Index (ACSI), traditional brick-and-mortar retailers and e-commerce sellers scored the highest in customer satisfaction, while traditional retailers received the most negative feedback.

Below are the nine retailers that received the worst customer satisfaction scores:

1) Walmart
2) Netflix
3) Safeway
4) CVS Caremark
5) Sears
6) Supervalu
7) The Gap
8) TJX Companies
9) Walgreen
