GLOBAL (www.incnow.tv) -- Limiting salt intake to one teaspoon a day could save millions of lives, according to the World Health Organization.
Leaders set a goal to lower sodium intake to a teaspoon a day by 2025.
Experts also say increasing potassium in your diet can lead to fewer strokes and cases of high blood pressure. Potassium is found in most fruits, vegetables and legumes.
