UNDATED (www.incnow.tv) - The American Airlines and U.S. Airways will enter in marriage this Valentine's Day creating the world's biggest airline.

According to sources familiar with the deal, the boards of both companies approved the merger Wednesday night. The official announcement is expected Thursday. Americans bankruptcy judge and a few federal regulators will still have to approve the deal, but those don't appear to be huge obstacles.

The combined airline would have more than 900 planes, 3,200 daily flights, and some 95,000 employees.
