NELSON, Ga. (www.incnow.tv) - The city council in Nelson, Georgia voted unanimously in favor of the “Family Protection Ordinance.”
The ordinance makes it mandatory to own a gun, though there isn’t an established penalty for those who don’t comply. Council members said it probably won’t be enforced, but they say they hope it deters violence in the town.
