Sex Offenders Can Now Use Social Networking Websites (VIDEO)

INDIANA (www.incnow.tv) -- The Indiana Attorney General has announced that he will not challenge a court ruling overturning a state law that banned convicted sex offenders from social networking websites.

In January, the 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Chicago ruled that the 2008 law was too broad and violated freedom of speech. State lawmakers are currently working on a new law that would conform to constitutional limits.
