ASHTABULA, Oh. (www.incnow.tv) – A scary Easter Sunday scene at a church in Ohio, a man was shot and killed outside the Hiawatha Church of God in Christ.

This shooting happened just minutes after Easter Sunday Mass. Reports of gunshots fired outside the building forced parishioners back inside. A church official tells us what happened next. Sean Adams, Associate Church Administrator ", the shooter came in our sanctuary, holding his gun up in the air saying 'This is the will of Allah. This must happen; this is the will of Allah.' We tried to keep everyone down and keep things calm. The police proceeded in at that time and they pretty much took over the situation and apprehended the suspect."

The victim has not been identified yet. We do know that he was one of the 175 members of the church. A Hiawatha official calls it a “tragic loss.”
