UNITED STATES (www.incnow.tv) -- North Korea announced Thursday that it had quote “ratified” an attack against the United States.

North Korean State TV said that the so-called attack could potentially involve a diversified nuclear strike.

North Korea has been stepping up its rhetoric after the country was hit with new U.N. sanctions for conducting a third nuclear test in February.

The announcement follows a report by South Korea’s government that it appeared that North Korea has moved a mid-range missile to a launch pad in the country’s east.
