Florida (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - In Florida, a medical report obtained exclusively by ABC News reveals gunman George Zimmerman's injuries on the night he shot and killed unarmed teenager Trayvon Martin.

Zimmerman, the neighborhood watch volunteer now facing murder charges, said he and the teen had been in a violent struggle.

The medical report shows Zimmerman suffered a broken nose, black eyes, a swollen lip and gashes on his head that night.

However, in spite of the injuries, Zimmerman didn't suffer a concussion, take x-rays or require any stitches.

Despite having the report, prosecutors still decided to charge Zimmerman with murder. Zimmerman remains out on bond.
