WASHINGTON, D.C. (www.incnow.tv) -- A new rap by Jay-Z about his government-approved trip to Cuba with wife Beyonce has the White House Press Secretary on his toes Thursday.

A reporter read the following lyrics to White House Press Secretary Jay Carney: ""I turned Havana into Atlanta… Boy from the 'hood, I got White House clearance. ..Obama said 'chill you gonna get me impeached.' (But) you don't need this - expletive - anyway. Chill with me on the beach".

Carney responded with "I guess nothing rhymes with Treasury" because while Jay-Z's raps suggests the White House gave he and his wife clearance to visit Cuba, the clearance really came from the Treasury Department.

Americans aren't allowed to visit Cuba, due to a travel embargo with the communist country.
