Hoosiers Do Not Call Registration Extended

INDIANA (www.incnow.tv) - The registration deadline for the Do Not Call registry is being extended.

Indiana residents will now have until midnight on Monday to sign up. The registry is designed block telemarketers from calling or texting numbers. It also allows residents to file complaints if they receive calls from telemarketers.

So far more than two million residents have registered their phone lines for the list. The updated list will take effect January 1, 2013.
