Teen Swimmer Survives Alligator Bite To The Head

According to a report from the Orlando Sentinel, a 17-year-old Florida boy is recovering after being bitten in the head and back by an alligator while swimming in a Florida river on Monday. The teen required numbers stitches for his injuries, according to the Orlando Sentinel report.

A trapper was sent to the river in an effort to hunt down the alligator in question, according to a follow-up report from the Orlando Sentinel.
