Men Accused of Setting Neighbor's Cat on Fire

A shocking story from North Carolina this week.

According to a report from the Charlotte Observer, police said three North Carolina men are charged with felony animal cruelty for allegedly pouring lighter fluid on the cat of a neighbor and lighting the animal on fire last weekend.

The cat, which suffered burns on 30 percent of its body, is expected to make a full recovery, according to the Charlotte Observer report.
