Train Engineer Saves Dog Tied to Tracks

According to a report from the Riverside (Calif.) Press-Enterprise, authorities said a train engineer spotted a puppy that had been tied to train tracks and was able to apply emergency brakes in time to save the dog.

The dog is now up for adoption, according to the Press-Enterprise report.
