Mom Tells 7-Year-Old Daughter to Shoot Retail Store Workers With Pepper Spray, Police Say

A bizarre story from Pennsylvania this week.

According to a report from the Philadelphia Daily News, police said a 27-year-old Pennsylvania woman was charged with assault this week for allegedly spraying retail store employees with pepper spray as they tried to escort her from the store, and then giving the pepper spray can to her 7-year-old daughter and asking her to spray the employees.
