V.P. Joe Biden Sworn in to Second Term

WASHINGTON D.C (www.incnow.tv) - Vice President Joe Biden has been sworn in to a second term Sunday morning.

Biden took the oath during a private ceremony at the U.S. Naval Observatory.

President Barack Obama and Vice President Biden will take the oath of office at the nation's Capitol on Monday. President Obama will be sworn in with a hand on former president Abraham Lincoln's bible and Martin Luther King Jr.'s bible in honor and remembrance of the civil rights movement.
