Woman Charged With DWI Had Two Children in Car, Police Say

According to a report from Granite Broadcasting sister station WKBW in Buffalo, N.Y., a 33-year-old New York woman was arrested early Friday morning for DWI.

According to the WKBW report:

Deputies said the woman had three passengers in the car, including two children ages 8 and 4. The woman failed sobriety tests and was subsequently taken into custody.

Sheriff's also allegedly found an open container of alcohol and marijuana.

The woman was charged with two counts of Aggravated DWI - Child in Vehicle (Leandra's Law), DWI, Consumption of Alcohol in a Motor Vehicle, Failing to Keep Right, and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.
