A pair of fishermen from New Jersey received quite a surprise last week.
According to a report from the Asbury Park Press, the men were fishing last week when a 300-pound mako shark leaped into the bow of their 31-foot boat.
The men were able to subdue the 8-foot shark with a gaff and a rope, according to the Asbury Park Press report. The shark reportedly caused $5,000 in damage to the boat.
