Former NFL star Chad Johnson is heading to jail for 30 days following a Monday court hearing in which he patted his lawyer on the butt, angering the judge presiding over his appearance involving a plea deal for a probation violation related to his 2012 domestic violence case.

According to a report from the South Florida Sun-Sentinel,  Johnson earned the judges ire after he patted his lawyer on the butt after the lawyer was complimented by the judge.

The judge ordered Johnson to serve 30 days in the Broward County Jail and expended his probation from September until December, according to the South Florida Sun-Sentinel report. Johnson was handcuffed and taken into custody immediately, according to the report.
