Building Collapses in Downtown Philadelphia, People May Be Trapped

A building in downtown Philadelphia collapsed on Wednesday morning and authorities fear that as many as 10 people could be trapped in the rubble, according to a report from NBC 10 Philadelphia.

According to the report from NBC 10 Philadelphia, police believe the collapse may have happened as a result of an industrial accident. Rescuers are searching for eight to 10 people who may be trapped.

Witnesses said as many as 12 people have already been rescued, according to the NBC 10 Philadelphia report.
