What little things could you be doing to become healthier?
A Reddit-inspired thread asked the question: "What is one small lifestyle change you can do to be healthier?"
And that prompted website Business Insider to compile a list with some answers and suggestions.
Among the items on Business Insider's list:
Eat fruit instead of candy
Learn how to cook
Use the stairs instead of the elevator
Don't shop for groceries on an empty stomach
Eat whole wheat bread instead of white bread
Stretch every day
Drink more water
