According to a report from the Cleveland Plain Dealer, prosecutors in Ohio say they plan to seek aggravated murder charges against the man accused of kidnapping and imprisoning three women for approximately 10 years.
Prosecutors said they planned to pursue aggravated murder charges against 52-year-old Ariel Castro "for each act of murder he committed by terminating pregnancies" while the three women were held captive, according to the Cleveland Plain Dealer report.
Castro, who could face the death penalty, could also face charges of attempted murder, rape, sexual assault and felonious assault, according to the Plain Dealer report.
