74-Year-Old Man Allegedly Attacks Restaurant Owner With Sledgehammer

A bizarre story from Florida involving a pair of senior citizens.

According to a report from the Orlando Sentinel, police said a 74-year-old Florida man was arrested Monday and charged with multiple counts of aggravated battery on a person age 65 or older and assault with a deadly weapon for allegedly attacking a 67-year-old restaurant owner with a sledgehammer and trying to run him down with his vehicle last week.

The victim was hit three times win the sledgehammer, according to the Orlando Sentinel report.
