Fifth Graders Accused of Plot to Kill Classmates

A potentially serious situation averted in Washington earlier this month.

According to a report from The Spokesman-Review, a pair of young boys -- ages 10 and 11 -- remain in custody on charges of conspiracy to commit first-degree murder after being arrested last week for allegedly planning to kill a classmate and potentially others.
