According to a report from the South Florida Sun-Sentinel, police said a 41-year-old drunken bicyclist allegedly tried to buy his way out of an arrest recently -- by offering 50 cents to officers. The man was instead charged with bribery and being drunk in public, according to the South Florida Sun-Sentinel report.
