Customer Suing Walmart for $1 Million Over Public Address Announcement

Severe and disabling emotional and physical harm.

According to the Gloucester County Times, that's what a New Jersey man is claiming in a $1 million lawsuit filed against Walmart in connection with a 2010 incident in which a 16-year old used the store's intercom system and said "all black people must leave the store."

The man is seeking damaged from the store for allowing the incident to happen, according to the Gloucester County Time story.
