Report: Man Walks Into Police Station, Confesses to 1987 Murder

This just doesn't happen very often.

According to The Billings Gazette, police said a 54-year-old transient man walked into a Montana police station earlier this month and confessed to a murder that occurred in Oklahoma in 1987.
