Teen Shot and Killed While Playing Paintball With Family

According to a story in The Flint (Mich.) Journal, a 17-year-old Michigan boy was shot and killed last week while playing paintball with some family members in Indiana.

The boy was shot by a property owner who reportedly thought he was shooting at coyotes, according to The Flint Journal story. The property owner has given the boy's family permission to play paintball on his land, but was not aware they were playing there last Friday when the incident occurred, according to the report.
