ALLEN COUNTY, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Two people are sent to local hospitals after a crash on U.S. 24 about a mile east of Roanoke Monday morning.

Police say the driver of a red Buick was headed west on U.S. 24 when she lost control.

While trying to regain control the driver crossed the median and into the path of an oncoming silver Oldsmobile.

The crash sent the silver car spinning out of control and off the highway.

Officials say the driver of the red Buick is 5-months pregnant.

The identities of the drivers have not been released. Their injuries are said to be serious.
