No Charges Against Indiana Secretary Of State For Altercation With Attorney

INDIANA (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - The Indiana Secretary of State will not face any criminal charges after getting into an altercation with an attorney earlier this week.

Police say the disagreement happened outside the courthouse where grand jury proceedings were taking place on allegations that Charlie White committed voter fraud during the primary of last year by voting in the wrong precinct.
