Marijuana Study Passes Senate Committee

INDIANA (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - A State Senate committee has advanced a bill to create a study on whether the state should legalize marijuana.

The proposal would direct the criminal law and sentencing study committee to examine Indiana’s marijuana laws next summer and come up with recommendations.

Multiple states have all ready changed their marijuana laws decriminalizing small amounts of marijuana and creating medical marijuana programs.
