Indy Cop Killer Faces Death Penalty

INDIANAPOLIS (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - An Indianapolis man who stands accused of killing a police officer during a traffic stop will face the death penalty.

60-year-old Thomas Hardy has been charged with murder in the January 23rd shooting death of Officer David Moore.

The prosecutor says there is clear evidence that the shooting was intentional.
