WABASH, Ind. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) – A Wabash man was killed Tuesday afternoon when his semi-tractor trailer flipped.

Police say 64 year old David Stouffer was driving South on County Road 550 West, when his trailer left the roadway. They say he tried to overcorrect but the trailer overturned onto its top.

The road was closed for several hours because several hundred bushels of corn were spilled.

Police are continuing to investigate the incident.
