DEKALB COUNTY, Ind. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - An early Thursday morning crash claims the life of a Waterloo man.

Police say 23-year-old Cody Collin was driving along County Road 27 when he swerved to miss a deer, flipped the vehicle and was ejected.

Police say Collin was not wearing a seatbelt and alcohol and speed appear to be factors in the crash.
