UNDATED (Indiana's NewsCenter) - The campaign trail to the fall elections winds through four more states.

Just two years removed from being the Republican Presidential Nominee, Senator John McCain has battled a fierce primary challenge from former-Congressman JD Hayworth.

Hayworth has slammed McCain on immigration and spending - questioning his conservative credentials.

McCain spent $21 million to fend off Hayworth - a staggering amount for the veteran Senator running for his fifth term.

In Florida, Congressman Kendrick Meek and real estate Mogul Jeff Greene are battling for the Democratic Senate nomination.

Greene spent $23 million of his own fortune to position himself as an outsider.

This bitter fight is really just a warm-up before the November’s main event, a three way battle that includes Republican upstart Marco Rubio and Governor Charlie Crist, who left the Republican party and is running as an Independent.
