INDIANA (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Time is running out to become a registered voter in Indiana and it’s easier than ever to register.
Un-registered Hoosiers interested in voting in the upcoming Nov. 2 election need to sign up by Monday, October 4th and a new web tool can help.
The state website is designed to verify a person’s registration and all that is needed is a name and birth date. After signing up you can found out where to vote and if you can’t vote on Election Day, you can fill out an application for an absentee ballot; all from the comfort of your own home.
You can still register to vote at county voter registration offices:
- Allen County -- 260-449-7154;
- DeKalb County -- 260-925-9787; and
- Steuben County -- 260-668-1000
