Statement from Senator Lugar's office:

Senator Lugar recognizes the hardships many Hoosiers are facing given the current economic and other conditions in Indiana and around the world. Senator Lugar and his staff developed the “Hoosier Connection” in an effort to offer Hoosiers contact information and resources to help aid or alleviate issues they may be having with the federal government. The resources contained in the “Hoosier Connection” are user friendly and provide a concise list of various services and programs throughout Indiana.

Topics in the “Hoosier Connection” include: employment, financial, food, housing, legal/law enforcement, medical, veterans affairs, transportation, travel abroad, and state information.

Should a constituent still wish to reach out to a member Senator Lugar’s constituent services staff they can contact their local Senator Lugar office.

Those office locations are located on the front of the Hoosier Connection.

Should a constituent wish to send a comment to Senator Lugar they may do so by calling their local Senator Lugar office or by visiting Senator Lugar's website.

The “Hoosier Connection” is available online and Senator Lugar hopes all Hoosiers find the information helpful.
