INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) -- The Indiana Supreme Court heard arguments Wednesday morning on whether former Secretary of State Charlie White was ever a legal candidate for the office.

White was sentenced to home detention on a felony voter fraud conviction earlier this month.
