NORTH KOREA (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - North Korea's military says it will launch, "special actions" soon which are meant to wipe out South Korea’s president.

The army statement was read on state controlled TV Monday morning.

The tv anchor also warned that the statement wasn't an empty threat.

It's thought the statement may have been released in response to the South Korean president's comments on the necessity of agricultural reform in North Korea.
