Indiana Republican Party Gathers in Indianapolis

Indianapolis (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - The Indiana Republican Party gathered in Indianapolis Friday evening for the opening events for this year's convention.

The party will officially name selections for lieutenant governor, attorney general and superintendent of public instruction.

The convention will also choose delegates for national party conventions later in the year.

State Democrats will meet in Fort Wayne next weekend.
