FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - The Democrat challenging 3rd district Congressman Marlin Stutzman for his house seat met with reporters on Monday morning where he characterized huge campaign budgets as a "danger to democracy."

Kevin Boyd likened himself to an underdog saying the 3rd district seat can not be won by vast amounts of Political Action Committee money but by hard work and determination.

Boyd says in the coming days voters will begin noticing the difference between him and his Republican opponent.
