By now many have seen the ideas for the proposed baseball stadium to be built as part of the Harrison Square Project but what about the rest of it.
Well Thursday night, a couple hundred residents from around the community came out to an open house at the Grand Wayne Center to see what everything else is going to look like.
There they found diagrams of the condo's, the hotel, parking garage and just about every other aspect of the project.
While there, residents could offer up their ideas as to how they would like to see the final edition of the project look.
Michael Towne, a fan of the project, said one thing he looks for is the character. Michael said "It's hard to re-create a Wrigley Field or an atmosphere like that and I think this ball park will definitely have a lot of character.
If you would like to learn more about the project, see what everything is going to look like, and maybe offer up your advice as to how things should look click on the Harrison Square Information link here on our website.
