UNDATED (Indiana's NewsCenter) - The U.S. Postal Service is considering a test of having greeting card companies pre-stamp their envelopes before the sale.
Customers could then buy the special cards, sign and address them, and drop them in the mail.
The Postal Service hopes the move would make it easier for people to mail cards, and regain some business in the process.
The test is expected to last two years.
