FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - It's a sign of defeat. The white flag of surrender has been hoisted at American Legion Post 82 in Fort Wayne.

The Post, a victim of years of financial troubles, now has a for sale sign displayed on it's property.

Post Commander, Jim Goodpaster, blames the state's gaming commission and the Fort Wayne smoking ban for the legion's demise.
