FORT WAYNE, Ind. (21Alive) -- The Woodhurst Independence Day parade kicked off at 9:30 this morning in the Woodhurst neighborhood.

Red, White, and Blue popcicles, bottled water, and decorations were provided for cars, bicycles, scooters, and pets participating in the parade.
