Woodburn Seeking Funding To Improve Downtown

WOODBURN, Ind. (21Alive) -- A public hearing will be held at Woodburn City Hall tonight, to discuss possible improvements to the downtown area.

The city plans to request around $400,000 in federal grants and plans to use $106,000 in local public and private funds. The funds will go towards improvements along Main St. in downtown Woodburn.

The meeting is scheduled to begin around 7 p.m..
